I am a certified Functional Medicine Health and Wellness Coach and Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with dual masters' degrees in Communication Therapy and Public Health. When I experienced burnout in my life, I looked to navigate the experience--which eventually led me to becoming a certified coach and wanting to share this gift with others. I guide individuals struggling with stress and burnout so they can make the necessary changes to flourish. My training, in collaboration with the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM), gave me a deep understanding of integrative wellness. Together, they co-authored two cookbooks, run a popular podcast called Nourish Noshes, and are sought after speakers.
