Hi, I’m Elyse!

For nearly a decade, I co-founded and helped build a health coach training company and trained more than 5,000 health coaches.

And then I walked away from the company I had spent years helping build.

Because I realized certification was only solving half the problem.

I kept seeing incredibly trained coaches graduate and still have no clue how to:

  • actually get clients

  • get hired

  • build a real career

  • get healthcare to take what I do seriously

I knew that more certifications, more information, and more training weren’t the answer.

Because I had also built businesses into the 6-, 7- and 8-figure range myself, so I knew something else:

Health coaches don’t just need to know how to coach. They need to know how to lead.

So I shifted my work.

I started helping health coaches build the leadership, business, behavior-change + collaborative care skills that actually get their work into the world.

And coaches were suddenly selling $5k packages, landing dream jobs and creating collaborations 'out of thin air'.

Because real health care doesn't happen in silos, real health care happens when doctors, nurses, health coaches, and patients are all working together as one collaborative unit, with patients/clients at the center.

Today, my mission is bigger than training more health coaches.

It’s helping health coaches become the leaders who make collaborative care the future of healthcare.

I look forward to serving you!

With over 12 years of experience in physical therapy and leadership, I transitioned into a proactive health and wellness role after embarking on my own personal wellness journey. This experience led me to reflect on the profound impact of well-being and the importance of taking a proactive approach to health. To further deepen my knowledge and expertise, I enrolled in the University of Vermont's Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching program. Through completing this program, I gained a deep appreciation for the role of health coaches in supporting a client-centered approach to healthcare. I have come to believe that health coaching empowers individuals to tap into their own strengths, enabling them to make meaningful health and behavioral changes. Our optimal selves are within us all, and sometimes, we simply need a supportive partner (or health coach) to help recognize and cultivate these strengths. I am excited to partner with you, sharing my passion for coaching and supporting you on your lifelong wellness journey.

Hi, I’m Christian Gabarda—a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach with a deep passion for helping people live healthier, more fulfilling lives. With over 15 years of experience in health coaching, personal training, and group fitness instruction, I specialize in guiding individuals through sustainable lifestyle changes that align with their goals, values, and everyday realities. Whether you're looking to improve your physical activity, manage stress, enhance nutrition habits, or simply feel more energized and balanced, I'm here to support and empower you on your journey. Since 2008, I’ve been leading group exercise classes and personal training sessions, helping people discover the joy of movement. In 2011, I expanded into lifestyle coaching, supporting hundreds of clients in building healthier habits through evidence-based strategies like motivational interviewing and behavior change techniques. My background includes master’s degrees in Exercise Science & Health Promotion and Project Management, and I’ve led wellness initiatives at major health systems and corporations. But what I love most is connecting one-on-one with people, listening to their stories, identifying their strengths, and helping them overcome barriers to well-being. When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me outside with my family—hiking local trails, chasing waterfalls, or training for endurance events. I believe well-being is not just about what you do, but how you live, and I’m committed to helping you find what works best for you. Let’s work together to make your goals achievable, realistic, and meaningful.

From the time I was a kid, I knew I wanted to be a teacher. Back then, I’d line up my dolls and teddy bears on the steps of our front porch to let them know about subjects I was learning in school. Since then, no matter what I’ve undertaken, I find myself in the role of a teacher or mentor.

I’ve taught masters level university classes, workshops, podcasts, webinars and seminars. Subjects have ranged from behavioral change to fitness to spiritual counseling.

In 1996 I discovered coaching and began my coaching business alongside separate roles as therapist and a spiritual counselor. Then in 2000, I felt a familiar tug to teach — this time, to teach the unique coaching method that had swirled together from my own studies and experience. The Mindful Coach Certification was born out of that calling. Over 25 years, hundreds of heart-centered professionals completed our course and now connect with their clients using mindful coaching methodology and mindset.

My mission to teach and serve has transformed from training coaches to providing awareness and growth as a mentor for both new and seasoned coaches. Coaches don't usually come to mentoring because something is broken. They come because they care about doing this work well and want warm, spacious reflection and personalized support.

As always, my work rests on my intention to be of service as coaches deepen their capacity to be present, effective and compassionate conduits for meaningful change.

Holistic Nutritionist and Chef

Hello I am Irazema – certified personal chef and registered holistic nutritionist focused on using nutritious ingredients to balance blood sugar and create overall health. Have you been diagnosed with a hormonal imbalance? Diabetes or prediabetes diagnosis? Are you feeling tired, stressed, and sleep deprived? Do you wish you had a better relationship with food? I’ve been there. I have had sleepless nights, sluggish mornings and everything in between. My blood sugar, weight, and hormones have been all over the place. I have had battles with emotional eating and been confused on what and how much to eat. I know I am not alone with these challenges and the process can be daunting as frustration, desperation, and hopelessness set in. My personal food philosophy is simple: food feeds our bodies, soul, and community. It heals our bodies, it can bring us joy, and it connects us with others. In addition, I believe food has the power to heal us. The way we eat can improve our health and the health of those around us. That is why I feel it is important to use food to fuel us and maintain our vitality. A native of Southern California, I call the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area home. I love to explore everything the Bay Area has to offer- fantastic hiking trails, bountiful farmers’ markets, and superb restaurants. When I’m not exploring the dirt paths and paved roads, I can be found in the confines of my kitchen nourishing my body, my soul, and my spirit with delectable homemade goodies. Furthermore, I’m a nutritionist, coach, and confidante to those seeking a long-term approach to wellness.

I know firsthand how overwhelming life can feel when you’re juggling a demanding career, family, and everything else because I’ve been there myself. After experiencing burnout, I realized that wellness isn’t just about nutrition. To restore balance, I also needed to address sleep, hydration, stress management, and intentional movement. Self-care couldn’t just be a buzzword;  it had to become a reality. By focusing on one goal at a time, I regained my energy and clarity, which inspired me to train as a health coach and culinary nutrition expert so I could help others do the same.

Hello, I'm Sonja! Your houseplant-obsessed, pastry-loving, super organized online BFF.

I'm a board certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC) who brings 15 years of experience in coaching, behavior change, and project management systems to people who want to finish the one meaningful thing they don't want to leave undone in life. My professional experience includes:

→ Building products that apply behavior change science

→ Leading learning and development initiatives for large coaching teams

→ Teaching coaching skills to over 200 new health coaches

→ Setting up project management systems for teams of 1-1,000

→ Consulting with CEOs and executive teams

→ Over 5,500 hours of 1:1 and group coaching experience across private practice, small business, and corporate wellness

I’ve spent the last decade studying how humans change, how habits truly stick, how identity evolves, and how people can ditch self-limiting beliefs and finally make their dreams a reality. I’ve invested tens of thousands of hours in becoming exceptional at helping people change their lives through the power of coaching, and the depth of that experience allows me to tailor every layer of my coaching framework to your specific story, goal, and life.

When I'm not coaching, consulting, or teaching, you can find me:

→ Hiking in the mountains (The High Line in Glacier is my favorite trail)

→ Snapping photos of everyday moments (You should see how many snaps of sunlight are in my camera roll)

→ Listening to a podcast while walking my dogs (I've got 2 tiny rescue pups - Maggie and Zoey)

→ Advocating for environmental policy changes that protect people and the planet (Hell yeah to the recent block to mining in the Boundary Waters of MN)

→ Watering my houseplants and replacing my lawn with native plants (The number of native bees and butterflies in my yard makes me so happy)

→ Searching for the best pastries all over the world (if you know of a good bakery, please tell me about it!)
