I help professional women in midlife feeling stuck, lost or burned out, gain clarity on what they want, build a plan and step into their next level with confidence.

Maybe you've spent years building a career that looks great on paper but doesn't feel like yours anymore. Maybe you're burned out, restless, or quietly wondering: Is this really it?

I get it — because I've been there.

After 20+ years leading marketing for tech companies, I hit my own pivot point. I walked away from the corporate path to build something that actually aligned with who I was becoming, not just who I'd been. That experience — the fear, the clarity, the reinvention — is what I bring into every coaching conversation.

I'm a Certified Life Coach and I'm the founder of ARIA: The Midlife Reset, a coaching community for women navigating career transitions, identity shifts, and the "what's next" of midlife. I combine real-world business strategy with coaching — so we're not just talking about your feelings (though we'll do that too). We're building a plan.

What working with me looks like:

I'm not the coach who sits on a stage and tells you what to do. I'm the one sitting across from you saying, "Okay, let's figure this out together." My style is warm but direct — think real talk with someone who genuinely has your back. I'll challenge you, I'll hold you accountable, and I'll celebrate your wins like they're my own.

I work best with women who are:

  • Mid-career or senior professionals feeling stuck, burned out, or at a crossroads

  • Navigating a career pivot, reinvention, or life transition

  • Ready to stop overthinking and start moving

If you've been waiting for permission to want more from your life — consider this it.

Transformational Home & Workplace Relationship Coach

Professional Certified Coach

35 years of experience | $175 - $575 per session

Martinez, US

Speaks English, French, Spanish

I am a trilingual ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), international speaker, and award-winning leadership trainer with over 35 years of professional experience. Known for my warmth, intuition, and deep empathy, I create supportive spaces for leaders and teams to develop impactful communication skills and foster communities where collaboration, celebration, and enthusiasm thrive.

I empower individuals and organizations to reset mindsets, embrace authenticity, and amplify their voices leading to enhanced problem-solving, creativity, and connection.

My career spans public education, corporate leadership, and IDEABJ training, reflecting my lifelong commitment to fostering positive relationships, transformative learning experiences, and systemic change. As a passionate advocate for social justice and equity, I co-hosted a monthly webinar on systemic racism for four years and continue to work actively toward dismantling barriers to inclusivity, belonging, and collective well-being.

I’m also a mother, queer advocate, lifelong learner, singer, and songwriter, bringing a unique blend of artistry and emotional intelligence into my work. Living with chronic pain has taught me how to embrace both life’s challenges and its joys with resilience and grace.

My vibrant hair, ranging from deep purple to rainbow hues, carries a personal legacy. In 2015, while caring for my mom through cancer treatments, she shared her dream of dyeing her hair purple as an act of joy and playfulness. She passed before she could fulfill that wish, so I now wear these colors as a daily reminder to live vibrantly, break free from judgment, and help others do the same.

My work embodies this philosophy, guiding people to challenge biases, release limiting beliefs, and build genuine, meaningful connections in both life and leadership.

Life Alignment Coach

13 years of experience | $250 - $500 per session

Fort Lauderdale, Florida, US

Speaks English

Welcome to my little corner of the world, where I help people navigate life’s twists and turns with support and practical skills while providing psychoeducation in a way that makes sense.

I proudly obtained my undergraduate degrees in Psychology and English Literature from West Virginia State University and found my way to South Florida in 2010, when I enrolled in graduate school. While a student at Nova Southeastern University, I specialized in trauma, resilience, and helping people overcoming intense legal issues, in addition to building expertise in diagnostic assessments and sexual behavior problems. I completed a clinical internship with Treatment and Evaluation Services, in Denver, Colorado and earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 2016.

In all, I’ve been working in the mental health field for the past 20 years and have experience with many kinds of people and situations – from children and families in community-based programs and foster care to individuals in forensic and prison settings. I’ve taught in a doctoral clinical psychology program, been qualified as a forensic expert by the court, and spent my career helping people untangle their complicated, overwhelming thoughts and emotions.

After being immersed in the complexities of human behavior for so many years, I felt a calling to evolve my work or suffer the consequences of the very burnout I helped others avoid. That shift has led me to become a Certified Professional Coach and launch Anchored Insights Alignment Coaching, a boutique accountability practice rooted in the same depth and compassion that shaped my clinical career. At Anchored Insights, sessions are tailored to support career professionals, neurodivergent adults, graduate students, and individuals navigating chronic illness who seek to align insight with action, and clarity with purpose.

At Anchored Insights Alignment Coaching, you will find space to realign, recalibrate, and cultivate a life that’s authentic and true to your values.

All sessions are offered virtually via Zoom.

Grief/Spiritual Exploration Coach, Exploring Soul Coaching

5 years of experience | $0 - $100 per session

Chapel Hill, US

Speaks English

I am a person who has had and continues to have the very real experience of grief in the day-to-day: disappointments, personal losses, the unique struggles and challenges of modern life. As a older Black neurodivergent queer female nonbinary person, I've had to do significant work around processing such impacts, that I believe I can offer, along with my coaching training and experience, to help others find their inner voice and achieve healing and growth.

I made my personal shift from evangelical Christianity to a more open spiritual orientation over several years, and understand from experience the challenges and grieving that can accompany such a journey. I have deep compassion for those traveling similar paths, and desire to use my professional coaching skills to hold space for them and facilitate their well-being, wherever they may find themselves along their way.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies with a concentration in Christianity and have also attended seminary at Liberty University. I have been in active ministry with several churches of differing denominations. I am a parent and grandparent, experienced in community organizing and social justice, and a staunch advocate for marginalized people, including the LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, kink and disabled communities.

Master Certified Life Coach

4 years of experience | $75 - $100 per session

College Station, US

Speaks English

I'm deeply passionate about helping people and partnering with them to find hope and direction in their lives. My journey as a Relationship Coach in Houston, TX, has been incredibly fulfilling, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

One of the services I offer is a specialized program designed to help married couples navigate conflict and restore peace and intimacy in their marriages. I believe that every relationship has its challenges, and through compassionate guidance and effective strategies, couples can overcome these obstacles and strengthen their bond.

On a personal note, I've been happily married to my best friend for over 20 years. Together, we've raised three wonderful (most of the time) teenagers. Being a native Texan and a proud Texas Aggie, class of 2000, has instilled in me a deep sense of community and a strong work ethic.

Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to work in purposeful and fulfilling roles. However, no matter the position, my true passion has always been helping others. It's what drives me and fills my tank, knowing that I can make a difference in someone's life.

I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and support you on your journey towards a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
