Coaching is a collaborative, supportive space where we focus on your goals, your daily routines, and what feels realistic for your life right now. Many people find it helpful to have space to talk things through, make sense of what’s getting in the way, and get steady, nonjudgmental support as they figure out what actually works for them.
Coaching is personalized to your life, your goals, and what you’re navigating right now. Common areas of focus include: 🔹 Building a consistent exercise routine that fits your schedule and energy level 🔹 Creating realistic nutrition habits (meals, snacks, planning, and consistency—not perfection) 🔹 Improving sleep routines 🔹 Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or mentally overloaded 🔹 Navigating work or academic pressures 🔹 Time management, follow-through, and procrastination
I am not a licensed therapist or counselor. I cannot diagnose or treat anxiety, depression, or other psychological disorders. Coaching is ideal if you are generally functioning well but want support with motivation, decision-making, navigating transitions, self-awareness, building healthy habits, etc.

For health & wellness coach training, I completed Headspace's Certificate in Mental Health Coaching (CMHC). For health behavior change, I have a PhD (doctorate) in Social & Health Psychology. For the past decade, I've studied health behavior change---when it works, when it doesn't work, and how we can improve it.
