My mission is to walk alongside people as they find their voice again, rebuild their confidence, and make sense of the seasons that shaped them. I offer a safe, honest space rooted in grace and reflection—where clarity grows and direction becomes possible. A place to slow down, listen inward, and move forward with intention, so life stops feeling like survival and begins to feel like something they get to choose, with peace guiding the way.

FAQs

What can I expect from a coaching session with you?

Button

Expect honesty, empathy, and strategy. I offer a safe space to unpack what you’re going through, but I won’t let you stay stuck there. I’ll help you identify what’s holding you back and work with you to create realistic steps forward. It’s part support, part mindset shift, and part “let’s get this done.”

Are you a therapist?

Button

No. I’m a certified mental health coach, not a licensed therapist. My role is to help you move forward with clarity and action—not diagnose or treat clinical issues. If deeper mental health support is needed, I’ll help guide you to the right resources

Who do you typically work with?

Button

I work with people navigating major life transitions; often after betrayal, burnout, divorce, or trauma. Many are single parents, survivors, or just tired of pretending they’re “fine.” If you’re ready to take your power back and build something better, we’ll work well together.

Do you bring faith or religion into sessions?

Button

Only if you want that. While my personal values may be rooted in faith, I coach from a neutral, nonjudgmental space. Sessions are client-led and tailored to your beliefs, needs, and goals.

How are coaching sessions different from venting to a friend?

Button

Friends love you, but they’re not always trained to guide you. Coaching offers structure, strategy, and accountability. You’ll leave sessions with more than “that sucks”—you’ll leave with tools, insight, and a plan.

Can I work with you if I’m still in the middle of my struggle?

Button

Absolutely. You don’t need to have it all figured out. Many of my clients are still in the thick of it—whether it’s co-parenting, court battles, emotional healing, or just surviving. We’ll take it one honest step at a time.

How often should I book sessions?

Button

That depends on your needs and pace. Many clients start with weekly sessions for structure and momentum, then shift to biweekly or monthly as things stabilize. We’ll figure out what works best for your goals and your life.

Do you offer payment plans or sliding scale options?

Button

Yes. I believe access to support shouldn’t be a luxury. If you’re in a tough financial season, reach out. I offer sliding scale options based on need, and I’m open to creating a plan that works for both of us.

Is my session confidential?

Button

Yes. Everything we discuss stays between us unless you give permission or there’s a risk of harm. I create a safe, judgment-free space where you can speak freely and honestly.
