FAQs

What kind of work do you do?

Button

I design reflective spaces—through writing, workshops, courses, and conversations—that help people examine their inner world, clarify their values, and engage the world with greater integrity and intention.

Is your work faith-based?

Button

My work is faith-informed, not faith-imposed. Christian scripture and spiritual language are often present, but always in a way that invites reflection rather than demands agreement. People from a range of faith traditions—and those in deconstruction or reconstruction—are welcome.

Is this therapy or counseling?

Button

No. My work is not therapy or clinical counseling. I focus on formation, reflection, and meaning-making, not diagnosis or treatment. Many people engage this work alongside therapy or spiritual direction.

Is this activism or political organizing?

Button

My work supports ethical awareness and civic responsibility, but it is not partisan organizing. The emphasis is on understanding systems, cultivating discernment, and acting with integrity—not mobilizing people toward a single political position.

Who is this work for?

Button

This work is for thoughtful, values-driven adults—often leaders, educators, creatives, and faith-rooted practitioners—who are navigating personal, spiritual, or societal transition and want depth rather than quick answers.

Who is this work NOT for?

Button

This work may not be a fit if you are: • Looking for quick fixes or motivational hype • Unwilling to engage self-reflection • Seeking rigid ideology or certainty without inquiry • Expecting consensus rather than complexity
