I work with adults experiencing stress, burnout, chronic pain or chronic illness who are interested in developing greater emotional resilience and mind-body awareness. Many of my clients may find that they are "over-functioning", feeling overwhelmed, depleted or disconnected from themselves.
No, you do not need a diagnosis. Because this work is considered coaching and is educational in nature, there is no diagnosis or treatment provided. It is not a replacement for clinical services or medical/mental health treatment.
Therapy often focuses on diagnosis and treating a mental health condition. My work as a coach focuses on learning, skill-building, and applying mind-body tools to support resilience and personal growth. While I am a licensed therapist (in the state of NJ), this work is offered separately and not considered clinical treatment.
Workshops are one-time, interactive learning experiences where you'll learn educational and foundational concepts about stress, the nervous system and emotional health. You'll be introduced to practical skills you can begin using right away.
If you're interested in learning more, a Learning Series is a multi-week experience in the form of a group session/cohort where we will go deeper into skill-building and integration. Each week includes guided teaching, experiential exercises, and reflection to help you apply and practice what you're learning.
Yes! Individual coaching is available for those who want personalized support in applying what we are learning to their specific goals, challenges and life circumstances. We will also explore your primary foods (the non-food forms or nourishment), build insight & awareness, support lifestyle practices & rhythms, and help you work towards your individualized goals for a healthy life.
Yes! Many people I work with are navigating chronic physical symptoms alongside stress or emotional overwhelm. My approach supports understanding the mind-body connection and building skills to work with, rather than against, your system.
My work is informed by research on neuroplasticity and the mind-body connection in chronic pain & illness. This includes understanding how the nervous system processes stress, emotion and physical sensation and how these patterns can become more sensitive over time. I approach chronic pain and illness as complex, real mind-body experiences that deserve care & understanding. My focus is on helping you build awareness and skills so you can relate to your body with greater ease & self compassion.
I'd love to connect! Feel free to "send me a message" above to schedule a free consultation call to discuss further!
