Do you ever feel uncertain about your voice? Does it ever sound different than you expect? Does it ever feel strained or difficult to be heard? Are you a fast talker? Monotone? How would you describe your voice? In this 1:1 unique session, I activate my superpower of being able to hear aspects and characteristics in voices that are health indicators, communication enhancers (versus distractors... such as throat clearing, vocal fry and a disconnect between what you're saying and how you're saying it), and give you an overview of your strengths in speaking and voice while also offering some recommendations for how to enhance your natural voice so you are heard powerfully and feel more seen and understood. Prior participants have experienced 'ah-ha' moments such as connecting with their natural voice/pitch, relieving strain in their throat, feeling relief of chest constriction/breath-holding when speaking, and using their voice in a more mindful way.

If you use your voice for your job, this is for you! Our voices are incredible instruments, and while they are resilient, they are not invincible. If you do create audio/video content, livestreams, podcasts, public speaking, host events, lead sessions or calls all day, or have experienced a scratchy voice, feeling strain or fatigued with talking, frequent throat clearing or even difficulty being heard, this introductory class is the perfect place to begin. (*This is about speaking voice, not singing*). All are welcome. Participants are amazed at how even 1 tip, or new insight about their voice can change how they view their day to day speaking. For example, a woman was nervous when speaking on stage, & drank multiple glasses of water about 30 minutes before the event. Yet, she noticed that she felt a raspy sound about 20 minutes into speaking, as well as a dry tickly throat clear/cough. By shifting her habit to drinking water 24-48 hours in advance her voice function improved
