Therapy may focus on the past, processing events in your life, and providing a deeper understanding of your patterns of behaviors. Coaching focuses more on where you are now, where you want to be, and how we get there. Coaching tends to be much more action based and, while we may discuss some of your past, we are much more focused on your future. Often, people utilize coaching alongside therapy as a way to support them in their progress.
