Coaching sessions are collaborative and client-centered. We’ll focus on your goals, explore challenges, and identify strategies that align with your values. Each session is tailored to your needs, and you’ll leave with actionable steps to move forward.
Every journey is unique, and the timeline depends on your goals and commitment. Many clients notice positive changes within a few weeks of making consistent small steps, while long-term goals may take several months.
That’s okay! We’ll start by exploring what matters most to you and clarify your vision for a healthier, more balanced life. Together, we’ll identify meaningful goals and steps to achieve them.
Accountability is a key part of the coaching relationship. We’ll set clear action steps and check in on your progress regularly. I provide encouragement and support while helping you stay on track.
I offer the Institute for Functional Medicine food plans, allowing you to choose the plan that best aligns with your needs and preferences. While I do not provide specific exercise programs, I support you in choosing the program that best support your needs and I help you find motivation, commitment, and and time to incorporate your choice into your lifestyle.
