How long will we need to work together for me to meet my goals?

Based on the well known Transtheoretical Model (TTM), it is recommended that a client be in the "Action" stage for six months before moving into "Maintenance". That's the reason most coaching programs are six months in duration often with a short sequence of follow-ups afterward. Based on research, we know that is the length of time that will result in the greatest likelihood of sustained behavioral change. We can discuss this more during the "Book a Free Call" session.
