FAQs

Do I have to buy a package, or can I just do one session at a time?

Button

You can do either one! The price per session will be the same either way, but if you get the package, you'll also receive metabolic blood testing, a Keto-Mojo or CGM, and a gratitude journal.

Are you a therapist, a coach, or a nutritionist?

Button

I'm all three. But where you live will determine whether or not I can be your therapist. I am licensed in Utah and Idaho. If you are not in these states, I'll be your coach/nutritionist and we won't be able to process trauma.

Do you recommend using wearables or other measuring devices?

Button

Yes! While I believe that we have the innate ability to sense when something is wrong or right, I also enjoy seeing the data that comes from wearing health trackers, continuous glucose monitors, and finger-prick ketone/glucose meters. But I also don't recommend obsessing over it as it can become an unhealthy addiction. Use these technologies as a mindful frame of reference rather than a matter of perfection. See my package to get a device for free!
