No prior meditation experience is needed—just bring an openness to relax and connect with yourself.
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on technique designed to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and support overall wellness. As a complementary practice, Reiki is increasingly used in hospitals and wellness programs to help patients and caregivers manage tension, anxiety, and fatigue. By engaging the body’s natural relaxation response, Reiki can help reduce physical and mental stress, improve focus, and enhance a sense of calm. In this 5-hour virtual Level 1 training, you’ll receive the foundational Reiki Attunement, learn practical self-care techniques, and gain skills to safely support others through Reiki. You’ll explore the basics of energy anatomy, practice hands-on exercises, and receive guidance on incorporating Reiki into your personal wellness routine or professional practice. This class provides a clear, accessible introduction to Reiki, with a focus on practical outcomes and stress-relief benefits that you can use immediately.
