FAQs

What if I am not sure where to start?

Button

That’s perfectly okay. Most of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed or stuck. That’s exactly what I help with — starting from where you are, one mindful step at a time.

Do you offer packages or single sessions?

Button

Both. You can book a one-off session or commit to a coaching package for deeper transformation. Packages include session notes, check-ins, and extras like guided reflections or resources.

May I book a free session first?

Button

Yes! I offer a free 30-minute discovery call so we can see if we’re a good fit and answer any lingering questions you have.

How often do we meet?

Button

Most clients meet with me weekly or bi-weekly, depending on their goals. You can choose a package or start with a single session and we’ll build from there.

Are the sessions in-person or online?

Button

All sessions are held virtually — so you can show up from anywhere with Wi-Fi, comfy clothes, and your favorite beverage.

Do you create meal plans or give medical advice?

Button

No. I’m not a doctor or dietitian. Instead, I help you identify what’s working, what’s not, and how to make sustainable health decisions that align with your life and body. If I notice anything outside my scope, I’ll always recommend you consult your healthcare provider.

What is the difference between therapy and coaching?

Button

Therapy helps you heal the past. Coaching helps you build the future. I focus on present-moment action, goal-setting, and accountability — not diagnosing or treating mental illness.
