It’s a collaborative partnership between you and a trained professional who helps you identify your health goals, create sustainable lifestyle changes, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles. Unlike medical treatment, coaching focuses on empowering you to make informed decisions about your health through education, motivation, and accountability. Health coaches work holistically (whole person), addressing nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep, and other lifestyle factors.

Board certification means I have completed rigorous training through an accredited program and passed a comprehensive examination administered by a recognized certifying body. This certification demonstrates my commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards and staying current with evidence-based coaching practices. Board-certified health coaches are required to complete continuing education to maintain their credentials.

Each coaching session is tailored to your unique needs and goals. Sessions typically last 45-60 minutes and may be conducted via phone, video call, or in-person depending on your preference and location. We’ll start by exploring your current health status, challenges, and aspirations. Together, we’ll develop realistic, actionable goals and create step-by-step plans to achieve them. Sessions include ongoing support, accountability check-ins, and adjustments to your plan as needed.
