I provide guidance, structure, and accountability — not rigid meal plans or fitness prescriptions. If specialized fitness plans are needed, please book one of my coaching + training packages. I am happy to provide referrals to a qualified professional for personalized meal plans.

Wellness coaching focuses on present and future goals — building habits, improving energy, managing stress, and creating sustainable routines. Therapy often explores past experiences and treats mental health conditions. Coaching is action-oriented and forward-focused. If deeper therapeutic support is needed, I’ll always encourage the appropriate referral.
Coaching may not be a fit for individuals seeking crisis support, active treatment for eating disorders, or intensive mental health care. In those cases, I’m happy to help you find the right support.
