Each session is a safe, judgment-free space where we focus on your goals, explore what’s getting in the way, and uncover your strengths. You’ll leave each session with more clarity, practical next steps, and renewed motivation.

How is coaching different from therapy or personal training?

Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. Unlike therapy, we don’t dig into past trauma or mental health diagnoses. And unlike a trainer, I won’t give you a workout plan—I help you discover what movement, nutrition, and self-care look like for you, based on your unique lifestyle and goals.
