Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. Unlike therapy, we don’t dig into past trauma or mental health diagnoses. And unlike a trainer, I won’t give you a workout plan—I help you discover what movement, nutrition, and self-care look like for you, based on your unique lifestyle and goals.
