Nursing StudentNurseTalk™ is a mind-body-spirit coaching community created by nurses, for nurses. It’s a safe, judgment-free space where nurses can rest, heal, and reconnect to their calling. Through group coaching sessions, retreats, and faith-integrated programs, we help nurses overcome burnout, restore peace, and rediscover their God-given purpose in nursing and beyond.
Our group coaching programs are designed for nurses at every stage — from students to seasoned professionals. Whether you’re experiencing burnout, compassion fatigue, stress, anxiety, or just feel “disconnected” from why you started, NurseTalk™ is for you. We also welcome nursing students and caregivers who want to strengthen resilience and emotional wellness before entering the field.
NurseTalk™ offers coaching, not clinical therapy. Coaching focuses on personal growth, emotional wellness, and purpose alignment — helping you build skills, habits, and mindset for a healthier life. If during our sessions we identify a need for medical or psychiatric treatment, we can connect you to a licensed provider through Thrive Mental Wellness PLLC, our clinical partner (Illinois Residents Only).
Not at all. While our approach integrates faith and spiritual renewal, NurseTalk™ welcomes nurses of every background and belief system. We focus on restoring the whole person — mind, body, and spirit — in the way that feels most authentic to you. You can engage at your comfort level.
Each session is 60 minutes long and includes: A grounding or prayer moment (optional) Weekly teaching on a theme like emotional reset, boundaries, or renewal Reflective journaling or group discussion Practical tools and takeaways for the week Every group is small and intimate, so you can feel seen, supported, and understood — not just another face in the crowd.
That’s completely okay. Many nurses start out feeling that way. You’re welcome to listen quietly during group sessions or participate only when you feel ready — there’s no pressure, only compassion. If you prefer private guidance, we offer Self-Actualization Coaching — personalized 1:1 sessions ($75–$120) designed to help you explore who you are beyond your role, clarify your purpose, and align your mind, body, and spirit. These sessions focus on rebuilding confidence, releasing emotional block
If you often feel tired but can’t rest, numb but can’t quit, or spiritually dry even though you love what you do — this space is for you. NurseTalk™ is especially helpful for nurses who want a deeper, more holistic approach to wellness that honors their faith, emotions, and purpose — not just their productivity.
You can join directly through our Vibly NurseTalk™ page. We currently offer: Reset • Renew • Rise™ Group Program (8 weeks): $297 Monthly NurseTalk Circle Membership: $49/month One-on-One Coaching: $75–$120 per session (based on session length and focus) Virtual Retreats and Specialty Workshops: pricing varies per event Once you register, you’ll receive a welcome email with your schedule, workbook, and private group link.
Absolutely. What’s shared in NurseTalk™ stays in NurseTalk™. Our sessions are private, judgment-free, and built on trust. We encourage vulnerability, but only at your comfort level. While group coaching is not medical treatment, all coaches and facilitators follow professional confidentiality ethics. We honor your privacy and protect your story — always.
Most workplace programs focus only on surface-level stress management. NurseTalk™ goes deeper. We address the heart behind burnout — the loss of purpose, emotional fatigue, and spiritual weariness that nurses rarely get to talk about. You’ll learn practical coping tools, emotional reset strategies, and faith-aligned ways to restore peace. It’s healing that’s personal, not corporate.
