FAQs

How often should we meet for coaching?

Button

Every client and their needs will differ but sessions usually run for 45 minutes, once a week.

How long should I expect to be in coaching?

Button

The goal of coaching is so that the client can feel self-efficacious enough that they have all the tools they need for their own success that they finish coaching. The minimum duration of coaching is 3 months and most clients end coaching in 6 months. Some clients stay on with their coaches for years or come back to coaching when new events arise. The process is highly individuated but ultimately, all clients should feel empowered and autonomous at the end of coaching.

How is coaching different from therapy?

Button

Coaching can be thought of as "Therapy Lite" where we go from baseline and upwards but do not help process unprocessed trauma or try to heal emotions from the past. Whilst we can learn from the past and explore it as a source of learning for the present, coaching is designed to help you create a future you desire.
