How long does the coaching relationship lasts?

It depends on your goals. Some clients find the clarity needed after the first session.  Others meet their goals within 6 sessions.  While still others chose an as needed approach to coaching that ebbs and flows with the client's' needs over months and years.

Is coaching confidential?

Coaching is not therapy; however, confidentiality and professional ethics are foundational to my practice. There are limits related to safety concerns, which will be discussed prior to beginning services.

What are faith-based sessions?

For clients who wish to integrate Christian faith into their wellness journey, I am comfortable incorporating spiritual reflection and biblical principles.  This is always client-led.
