This program blends low-carbohydrate & ketogenic nutrition with mindfulness and mindful eating 😊 The aim of the program is to help you learn about low-carb and ketogenic nutrition, experience these eating plans in a personalized way for at least 5 weeks (the first week is the prep week), and notice which aspects may be most beneficial for you. You may have heard a lot about low-carb and ketogenic nutrition, you may even have tried them - but did you know that these eating approaches can also form the foundation of a healthy mindful eating practice? Mindful Eating is an eating approach where: • you become aware of your hunger cues • you take pleasure of preparing and noticing the plate of food in front of you • you are thinking of nourishing your cells • you can start to become aware of what your body truly needs Under normal circumstances, it is an eating style without strict rules or restrictions. In low-carb and ketogenic diets, however, you know that there is a limit or restriction on carbohydrates. In this program, we will explore how you can to plan and orginize the carbohydrates in your diet in a personalized way so that you can build your own optimal healthy eating pattern. Doing this will help you tune into your hunger and fullness while eating, and notice what your body truly needs. When you complete the program, I believe it will become much easier for you to create eating habits that supports your health in a sustainable and lasting way.
