What is wholehearted coaching, and how is it different from other types of coaching?

Wholehearted coaching is about showing up for your life embracing all of parts of you that make you whole. It is not about judging, evaluating or fixing who you are. It is holding yourself in love and compassion. My work combines both health and wellbeing coaching with leadership development, helping you reconnect with your voice - your creative expression, shifting stuck patterns, and live in a way that feels grounded, free, living and radiating a heart centered fulfilled life.

How do I know if this kind of coaching is right for me?

If you feel like you are doing all time and it still isn't enough, on autopilot, craving deeper connection with yourself, or navigating a big life shift... you’re in the right place. This work is for people who are high-functioning but feel tired, lack of energy, out of balance, heavy, burnt out, or disconnected from their inner voice, their heart-light. You don’t need to have it all figured out, you can start from where ever you are. You just need to be willing to begin.

What does a coaching session with you look like?

Every session is customized to your needs. We will always check in to see how you want to start the session (grounding, jumping in) and what you want to focus on. We will explore your focus and what you want to walk away with. When we start working together we set a foundation to build on - Purpose, Vision, Goals and Practices. We hold space for the deeper stuff and important shifts. You’ll leave each session with practices, support plan and whatever you need between sessions.

Do I need to have a goal in mind before we start?

Not at all. Some clients come in with a clear focus; others arrive with a sense of “something needs to shift.” Part of our work together is to clarify what you want, what are the practices to support what you want, discovering what gets in the way, and the shifts that support what's most important to you. The journey unfolds as we walk it together.

Common outcomes include increased energy, improved boundaries, deeper self-trust, more intentional leadership, and a renewed sense of purpose. The biggest change?
