I provide personalized guidance, support, and motivation to help you set realistic goals, create actionable steps and stay accountable. I will offer education and resources where I am able to and encourage you to do the same to help you make informed decisions about your health.
You can expect to discuss your goals, challenges and progress. I will provide feedback, support and ask motivational questions to help you understand and overcome your obstacles and to stay on track. Sessions may include goal-setting, progress tracking and personalized focus on you.
The frequency of meetings can vary based on your needs and goals. Some clients will meet weekly, while others bi-weekly or monthly. I will work with you during our discovery call to figure out what is the best schedule for your situation.
