What is an HSP?

HSP stands for Highly Sensitive Person, a term coined by Dr. Elaine Aron. HSPs are high in a personality trait known as sensory-processing sensitivity (SPS). Those with high levels of SPS display increased emotional sensitivity, stronger reactivity to both external and internal stimuli—pain, hunger, light, and noise—and a rich inner life. How much is a coaching session?

Every coaching session is $100 for 50 minutes, with your first session free.

How is coaching different from therapy?

As a coach, it is not in my scope of practice to diagnose, prescribe, or dive deep into trauma with clients, so a coaching session is different from a therapy session in that it will not include those things. If you find that that is the support you need, I'm happy to refer you to a therapist. What we will do is take time to understand where you are today, where you'd like to go, and how to use the resources and strengths that you already possess to create meaningful, sustainable change.

What will we talk about in our sessions?

That's up to you! Every session differs based on your goals, where we are in our coaching/client relationship, and how you're feeling that day. I'll follow your lead on the topic then facilitate the conversation to support you.
