How long do coaching programs last?

I offer One-Time Sessions, Quick Start 4- or 6-Week Programs, 3-, 6- and 12-Month Programs. All programs start with a complimentary discovery call to discuss your goals and select the best fit.

What happens at my initial session?

Our first 90-minute session focuses on understanding your unique goals, challenges, and current habits. We’ll complete a wellness intake assessment and work together to create a personalized action plan, with you deciding which steps feel right. Afterward, you’ll receive a recap email with key takeaways and any requested resources.

Can I work with you if I’m seeing a doctor or other health professional?

I do not provide medical advice, prescribe treatments, or diagnose conditions, but I help you make lifestyle changes that support your well-being. Do I need to follow a specific diet?
