Our first 90-minute session focuses on understanding your unique goals, challenges, and current habits. We’ll complete a wellness intake assessment and work together to create a personalized action plan, with you deciding which steps feel right. Afterward, you’ll receive a recap email with key takeaways and any requested resources.
