I support women who want to improve their health but feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice & invisible demands. Through evidence-based health and wellness coaching, I help women build sustainable habits, reconnect with their needs, and create lifestyle changes that feel grounded, supportive, and realistic. My work supports women who are doing “all the right things” but still don’t feel well. With me, intuition and evidence are allowed in the same room.

FAQs

Can we meet in person?

Button

Coaching sessions are currently offered virtually, which allows for flexibility, consistency, and access regardless of location. I am based west of the Atlanta metro area in Georgia, and do not offer in-person sessions at this time

What if I don’t know where to start or what my goals are?

Button

That’s completely okay. Many clients come to coaching feeling unsure or overwhelmed. Clarifying goals, priorities, and direction is part of the coaching process and something we work on together.

How much are 30-minute follow-up sessions?

Button

Follow-up sessions (30–45 minutes) are $60 and are included as part of an 8- or 12-week coaching commitment.

How long is the minimum required commitment and why?

Button

The minimum commitment is 8 weeks. Sustainable change takes time, consistency, and context. An 8-week container allows us to build momentum, assess what’s working, and make meaningful adjustments rather than rushing or surface-level work. The 12-week container includes additional perks, and after completing an initial commitment, clients may continue month-to-month with 15 days’ notice to cancel.

Why can’t I start with month-to-month coaching?

Button

Month-to-month coaching works best once we’ve established rapport, goals, and a shared framework. Starting with an 8- or 12-week commitment creates clarity, structure, and better outcomes for both client and coach.

Can I meet with you in between our weekly sessions?

Button

Yes. Established clients may request a Clarity Session, a brief, focused 15–25 minute support call available between regular sessions.
