Is coaching the same as counseling?
No. Coaching and counseling are unique. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida (MH20088), but as a coach, I do not practice in the capacity of a counselor. While they seem similar, counseling is much more clinical and therapeutic in nature. The client has a diagnosable mental health condition with symptoms impacting daily life functioning. Coaching is more problem-solving and discovery. My coaching clients are seeking confidence, clarity, real-world solutions, and connection. I
Do you offer Counseling Services?
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida (MH2008). I provide virtual and in-person Licensed Therapy services for children, teens, and women in Florida. Therapy clients must meet clinical criteria: 1) Diagnosable Mental Health Condition (Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Trauma) and 2) the symptoms are disrupting your functioning (sleep issues, mood or emotional instability, work or home impacts). (Only 1 Rule (not mine): Coaching clients cannot become Counseling clients and vice versa.)

Basically, I can work with most teen girls and women ages 13+ who are ready to explore and discover. -Confidence, Friendships, Relationships, Identity, School Issues, Managing Worries, Digital Citizenship, College Planning, Stress Management, College & Career, Self-Discovery, Self-Trust, Motherhood, Being a Woman Today
How does it work?
I offer private coaching in which you and I tailor your plan to your needs and wishes. I offer self-paced coaching, in which you browse the topics I am coaching on and discover at your own pace. I also offer group coaching, tailored to your group's needs. Stay tuned for specialty pop up groups, or request a group coaching program just for your needs.
Do you take insurance?
Coaching is not considered a medically necessary service; your health insurance will not cover it. Services are cash pay. I accept most major credit cards, and payment services such as Affirm, Klarna, and Afterpay.
Do you offer in-person services, or online only?
I offer both in-person and online coaching services. VIRTUAL: 1:1 coaching, group coaching, self-paced coaching, DM coaching, webinars for groups IN-PERSON: My office is in Apalachicoal, FL. I see teen girls and women in the office for coaching services. RETREATS & inSTITUTES: I offer both birtual and in-person retreats for g(IRL) + Co., and we offer tailored speaking for your event needs.
