More and more research shows that sitting for just a few minutes every day or so can help you manage and prevent the stress that is the underlying cause of most diseases today. This meditation class is designed for everyone and is accessible for all levels of meditators, from beginners to life-long'ers. There is different focus and discussion each week and guided meditation based on the class focus and intent with time for sharing. Typical focus are forgiveness, sound, turning towards self-love, noticing tendencies, gratitude, and more. Sitting in stillness with others enhances and supports our practice. And our personal practice enhances and supports the group experience.
