Health & Wellness Coaching is a collaborative, client-centered relationship that has been shown to help people make lasting lifestyle changes to improve their overall health and well-being. Coaching is GROWTH. Health Coaching does not replace therapy, medical doctors or dietitians.

What topics do you cover?

Think healthy habits. Anything of your choice can be covered; work-life balance, navigating life changes, sleep, stress management, mindset and motivation, physical activity, health eating, etc.

What does a coaching session look like?

Button

No two sessions are the same, but they will follow a similar map. The initial session will be focused on dreaming up your best life, then setting goals to achieve these dreams. (Yes, it IS possible!) Successive sessions will be spent revisiting your short term and long term goals, and making them work for you.

What is your referral program?

I believe that the best compliment I can receive is a referral. For each person you refer who purchases a package, you get one free session. Be sure to let your referred person know to inform me so we can get you scheduled!
