My mission is to support women in creating a healthy, harmonious relationship with food and their bodies. Through personalized coaching, I create a safe, non-prescriptive space where women can explore the complexities of eating and body image without shame. Grounded in lived experience and deep empathy, my approach honors each individual's unique journey--valuing wisdom, honesty, and self-discovery over one-size-fits-all solutions. Together we will uncover what creates sustainble change for you.

FAQs

Do you work with eating disorders?

Button

If someone is active in an eating disorder I can only work with them if they are working with another provider such as a registered dietitian or therapist. I cannot work with them exclusively. Coaching is not an appropriate first line of treament for eating disorders, however, it's extrememly helpful when combined with first line treatment.

Do you have any relevant formal education?

Button

Yes, I have a Bachelor's of Science in Health Science from the University of North Florida where I studied nutrition. This allows me to have informed coaching conversations around nutrition and health and the ability to assist in the process of seeking additional support and rescources when needed. It does not allow me to advise.
