We don’t offer meal plans, diet programs, or strict nutrition prescriptions, and that’s intentional. Plans like those often don’t work long-term because they can feel overly rigid, complicated, and hard to maintain. Instead of telling you exactly what to eat, coaching focuses on your relationship and approach to food, and understanding how to fuel your body in your current stage of life. We work toward long term habits that enable you to consistently support the life you're living.
Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) may be used to cover health and wellness coaching services with a letter of medical necessity from your physician. Please talk with me for guidance on how to submit charges for reimbursement.
