I you have challenges around time, motivation, or follow through despite knowing what you're "supposed" to be doing health coaching is an excellent way to get that extra support and partnership as you achieve long lasting health and wellness goals.
The length of the coaching process varies from person to person. I offer an initial consultation call to get an idea of what is bringing you to coaching and offer short (4 sessions) and longer duration packages. If you reach the end of your package sessions and feel you could still use some support, it's very easy to extend services.
Coaching costs vary from coach to coach. I offer a discount for purchasing a package up front but if you need a month to month plan, that can also be accommodated.
