I had never had a professional trainer and was intimidated at first, and didn't really expect to get much out of it besides a few tips here and there. Then I met Jesse. Jesse is a fun loving, easy going guy who happens to be in excellent shape and how knows how to get you there as well. Every training session kicked my ass, but I had fun every time, and I would always leave with a huge sense of accomplishment.The best part about working with Jesse is that there is no guess work. Jesse Gaynor is a superb trainer. He's very educated and a resident expert in his field. His background in kinesiology is super important as he know what is best for your body type. While some trainers will work you too hard which can result in injuries, Jesse is there to condition and align your body while making you feel like you're walking on clouds. Jesse Gaynor's philosophy works from the inside out and advises on the best supplements to take and what you should be eating. I listen to whatever he says!:) He's truly one of the best!
