FAQs

How do I get started?

Button

Simple, let's schedule a short (15 minute or so) call to determine if we are a good fit for one another and discuss scheduling weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly coaching sessions.

How long am I required to sign up for?

Button

If we are a good fit for one another, your goals for coaching will drive the duration of the arrangement. I like to work with clients a minimum of three months to demonstrate the value of coaching and enable the empowerment toward meeting your goals.

What can I expect from coaching with you?

Button

My approach is client focused. We identify and determine the importance of your greatest challenges, explore perspectives, goals, possibly emotions, all through the lens of your values, to identify actionable plans that work. I like to check in via phone call, text, or e-mail (depending on what works best for you) between sessions to see how progress on the action plan is going. Together we are on a journey focused on you becoming the best version of yourself.
