FAQs

What can I expect from a session with you?

Button

Each session is a supportive, judgment-free space where you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. We’ll explore what’s feeling heavy or out of balance, clarify your goals, and use simple, evidence-informed tools to help you feel more grounded and confident—without pressure.

Do I need to have everything figured out before starting coaching?

Button

Not at all. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed or unsure of what they need—that’s exactly what we work through together. You don’t need to have a plan; you just need to show up.

What makes coaching different from therapy?

Button

Coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to go. It’s forward-focused and goal-oriented. While therapy is often about healing past trauma, coaching helps you build awareness, set goals, and take sustainable action. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, but I support your emotional wellness in a holistic way.

I’m a busy mom—what if I can’t commit to a full hour?

Button

I totally get it. I offer flexible session lengths and scheduling options to meet you where you are. Even a short session can be powerful when it’s focused and supportive.

Do you work with people outside of motherhood or caregiving?

Button

Yes, absolutely. While I specialize in working with moms and caregivers—especially those raising neurodivergent or high-needs children—I also support anyone in other seasons of transition, stress, or burnout who are looking for a grounded space to reconnect with themselves.
