Do you meet in person or over Zoom?
If you are in the Reno/Carson/Tahoe/Truckee area, I am happy to meet in person! Otherwise we can meet over Zoom.
Do you have a minimum number of coaching sessions?
No. I do require an intake call to make sure we are a good fit to work together, but there are no minimums for sessions. I do offer a price break for packages, however.
Do I need to be working with plant medicines or psychedelics to work with you?
No! While I do specialize in coaching others with journey work prep and integration, I work with anyone who is looking for support on their path of growth, healing and transformation. I also work with those struggling with addiction, going through big life transitions, or looking to integrate any meaningful experience into their lives.
