This is ideal for people who are ready to embrace positive change. However, as a coach, I do NOT diagnose or treat medical conditions.

What does “play” mean in this context?

Play can include any activity that brings you joy, is something you want to do, and sounds fun. It could involve playing a musical instrument, editing a picture in Photoshop, immersing yourself in nature, going for a walk, traveling, playing sports, having mini dance parties, engaging in various fun hobbies, reading, or even just lying in a hammock outside.

Do I need to have creative hobbies or artistic skills already?

Not at all! Play looks different for everyone. While I have expertise in areas like arts in health, multimedia art, and graphic design, we’ll work together to uncover activities that feel meaningful and enjoyable to you, whether or not they’re creative in nature.
