Do you give me a diet or tell me what to eat?

No. This is not a diet plan or prescriptive program. The InsulinIQ™ course provides science-based education. My role as your coach is to help you clarify your goals, explore what’s realistic for your life, and support you as you turn knowledge into sustainable action.

How does the program work?

The program runs for 90 days. Each week you’ll complete part of the InsulinIQ™ online course, then join me for a coaching session. Coaching gives you space to reflect, stay accountable, and decide what actions to take that align with your vision. Over three months, these consistent steps build into lasting change.

Do I need to prepare before sessions?

Yes. Each session builds on the course materials from that week. By reviewing and reflecting on the lessons first, you come prepared to use our time together to focus on your own insights, challenges, and next steps.

How soon will I see results?

Every client is different. Some notice early improvements in energy or reduced cravings within weeks. More meaningful shifts — like steady weight, better focus, or improved daily resilience — usually build across the full 90 days. Coaching is about creating sustainable change, not instant fixes.

Who is this program for?

Is this confidential?

Yes. Confidentiality is the cornerstone of my practice. As a Certified Coach under ICF standards, I follow the ICF Code of Ethics. In addition, the Vibly.io platform is HIPAA compliant, which means your health information and session data are secured to healthcare-grade standards.

Can I just try one session?

No. This is a structured 90-day program. Discovery calls are available to see if the program is a good fit for you, but coaching sessions are booked only as part of the full package.

What if I’m too busy?
