Health and Wellness Coaching by session
Health and wellness coaching program runs for 6 months, 12 sessions. We meet biweekly with the option to check in on the off week if necessary. Each session is 30 minuets long. We focus on client goals and outcomes. Health coaching is client driven and often flows organically.
