Many women experience symptoms of metabolic imbalance (stubborn weight, cravings, low energy, belly fat) even without a formal diagnosis. My approach helps to address these symptoms and improve metabolic health whether or not you've been officially diagnosed. If you have concerns, I always recommend discussing them with your physician.
