Therapy often focuses on processing the past or healing from emotional pain. Many clients see a therapist and a coach at the same time. Coaching can complement therapy by helping you put tools into action and create forward momentum.
Each session is a focused conversation led by your goals. We’ll explore what matters most to you, what’s getting in the way, and map out practical next steps. You bring the topic, you set the pace.
Yes. A Discovery Call is a no-pressure conversation where we get to know each other, discuss your goals, and see if coaching is the right fit. There’s no obligation, and it’s a great way to decide if we’re a good match.
Coaching sessions are available during evenings, select Fridays, and limited weekend hours to fit your busy schedule. I’m based in the Central time zone and work with clients across the U.S.
I do not accept insurance. Coaching is a private service, and sessions are paid directly. I provide support and tools designed to deliver real results for your stress, sleep, and wellbeing goals.
