Coaching provides practical strategies, accountability, and support so you can create lasting changes that fit your real life.

You're a psychologist. Are coaching and therapy the same thing?

No. This is coaching, not therapy. Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. We work on building habits, managing stress, improving sleep, and strengthening your resilience. Therapy often focuses on processing the past or healing from emotional pain. Many clients see a therapist and a coach at the same time. Coaching can complement therapy by helping you put tools into action and create forward momentum.

What can I expect in a coaching session?

Each session is a focused conversation led by your goals. We’ll explore what matters most to you, what’s getting in the way, and map out practical next steps. You bring the topic, you set the pace.

Do you offer a complimentary Discovery Call?

Yes. A Discovery Call is a no-pressure conversation where we get to know each other, discuss your goals, and see if coaching is the right fit. There’s no obligation, and it’s a great way to decide if we’re a good match.

What is your availability?

Coaching sessions are available during evenings, select Fridays, and limited weekend hours to fit your busy schedule. I’m based in the Central time zone and work with clients across the U.S.

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance. Coaching is a private service, and sessions are paid directly. I provide support and tools designed to deliver real results for your stress, sleep, and wellbeing goals.
