Health and wellness coaching is a supportive, collaborative process that helps you make meaningful, sustainable changes in your daily habits. Rather than telling you what to do, I partner with you to explore what matters most to you and help you move toward your goals in a way that fits your life.
Coaching isn’t about being told what to do—it’s about discovering what works best for you. While I may share information when helpful, the focus is on helping you build awareness, strengthen your motivation, and create habits that you feel confident maintaining long term.
We can focus on a wide range of areas, including nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and overall well-being. Whether you want to feel more energized, improve your routines, or simply feel better day-to-day, we’ll focus on what’s most important to you.
Each session is a conversation focused on you—your goals, your challenges, and your progress. We’ll explore what’s working, what’s getting in the way, and identify small, realistic steps you feel ready to take before our next session. Most sessions last between 30 - 45 minutes depending on what time is needed.
Change looks different for everyone, but many clients begin to notice shifts in awareness and small wins early on. The goal isn’t quick fixes—it’s building consistent habits that lead to lasting, meaningful improvements over time.
