I help people who are curious about themselves, life, growth, and change; people who enjoy self-reflection/contemplation; people in helping roles who'd like to focus on their own self-care and wellness; people who are re-defining their lives after recovering from trauma; and people from any walk of life, especially people who identify as neurodivergent, BIPOC, or LGBTQ+.
If, at any point in time, you feel like having your camera on may become intense, or you'd just feel freer sharing with it off, you are welcome do turn it off. While it's helpful to me to see you during sessions, you're welcome to turn it off on occasion for your comfort. I'll still be there, visible to you, and listening deeply.
Pro-bono coaching will be offered on a case-by-case basis.
Mental health coaching is not therapy or treatment for mental health conditions. Rather, it is a tool for helping people develop and implement habits and practices that support mental health and emotional resilience. Mental health coaching is not a substitute for therapy or treatment from a licensed provider. However, therapy and coaching can happen in tandem, if a person chooses to have sessions with a coach while they are under the care of a licensed therapist.
