I combine functional medicine principles with positive, strengths-based coaching to support the whole person—mindset, lifestyle, relationships, and environment. I focus on self-compassion, values alignment, and practical strategies, so you feel empowered and supported rather than overwhelmed or judged.
I work with clients on a wide range of lifestyle and well-being goals, including sleep, nutrition, stress management, movement, healthy habits, family and community connections, and addressing risky behaviors. We focus on what’s most meaningful to you and explore it in a sustainable, personalized way. If working with a practitioner, we explore ways together to support you through the shifts needed to regain your health and wellness while adhering to your health protocol.
Coaching is a collaborative and client-centered process. Sessions usually involve exploring current habits, values and goals, identifying strengths and challenges, and creating actionable steps for change. The client guides the process, and the coach provides guidance, reflection and tools to help the client succeed. Through this process, the client learns what's important to them and what may be holding them back, inspiring them to make long-term, sustainable change.
