We can also review your history, current lifestyle, medicatons and motivations to see how I may help you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

How long will it take to see results and how long are the coaching sessions?

Everyone is different. Coaching sessions are a collaborative process we will discuss duration and frequency. I'll meet you were you are at and we will build a roadmap that you can work with. I will support you, fill in information gaps, help demystify any beliefs, act as a guide, provide structure where needed, challenge and encourage you and suggest tools to build skills. You will drive the process, agenda and transformation process.
