The world wasn't built for everyone — and neurodivergent teens and their families feel that every single day. I partner with teens and parents to cut through the noise of cultural pressure, social media, and a chaotic world so that they can find their own way. Neurodivergent teens don't need to be fixed. They need to be seen, supported, and given the tools to thrive on their own terms. That's exactly what I'm here to do.

FAQs

Do you offer payment plans?

Button

Yes! I offer payment plans on my Youth Coaching and Parent Coaching Packages.

Do you work on a sliding scale?

Button

Yes! I charge a rate for my coaching packages that is commensurate to my depth of experience and that represents the value a coaching package brings to my clients' lives. However, financial accessibility is deeply important to me and I fully understand that these rates might not be within reach for everyone. If that's you, please don't hesitate to let me know and we'll figure out something together.

Is Coaching a Confidential Service?

Button

As a formally-certified coach with a BCC and an NBC-HWC, I am bound by codes of ethics and am required to keep your information confidential.

Is Coaching a Safe Space for Me?

Button

I provide a judgment-free zone for my clients. Coaching can't be effective unless people feel free to share what it is real for them. I consider it an honor that someone would share something challenging with me, and respect is one of my top values.

What's the difference between coaching and therapy?

Button

This is one of the most common questions that I get, and it's a good one. Please refer to this information on my website for an explanation: www.marybethbloser.com/my-approach/ Coaching and Therapy can work beautifully together. Many of my clients work with a therapist and a coach simultaneously- the two modalities support one another, and many therapists actively refer clients to coaching as a next layer of growth.
