HeartMath® Coherence – Individual Sessions Find calm, focus, and emotional balance with personalized HeartMath® coaching. Using real-time heart rate variability (HRV) biofeedback, you’ll learn techniques to: Reduce stress and anxiety Regulate your nervous system Improve focus, clarity, and resilience Shift patterns of tension and overwhelm Each session is tailored to your goals, giving you practical tools to apply immediately in daily life for lasting well-being.
Linea Equis is a learning and service-oriented project designed to support horse riders while allowing me to deepen my expertise in applying somatic methods to the riding population. These sessions are an opportunity for riders to explore physical, emotional, and performance goals in a collaborative, somatic framework. How It Works: Riders describe their goals, which might include: Reducing pain or tension while riding Improving balance, coordination, or riding skills Exploring emotional experiences connected to riding Each session establishes a goal and plan, tailored to the rider’s needs and the somatic work being applied. Progress and feedback are provided at the end of each session or across a series of sessions. Participants provide written feedback after each session, helping guide the process and contributing to both their own learning and my development as a somatic practitioner in the equestrian context. Purpose: To be of service to the horse-riding community, helping riders move more freely and safely To develop my skills in applying somatic methods specifically for equestrian work To explore how somatic awareness can enhance both rider and horse well-being
Begin your somatic journey with this 90-minute gateway session, designed to clarify your intentions and co-create a roadmap for your healing process. In this session, we explore what matters most to you and identify the access routesthat will guide our work over a series of sessions. Examples of intentions might include: To better sense emotions in the body To increase your ability to relax To understand pain experienced in the pelvis Examples of access routes include: Yoga practices Meditation practices Hands-on bodywork The insights and plan developed in this session guide our ongoing work, ensuring that each subsequent session builds on the last to support lasting change, increased awareness, and deeper connection with your body.
