Business OwnerNot at all. In fact, many of my clients are what I call soulful skeptics...people who value both logic and intuition. Everything I offer is grounded and optional. We meet you where you are.
That’s completely okay and actually what coaching can truly support. Many clients come in with something that feels unclear or hard to find words for. Part of the process is helping you gain clarity around that. And starting something new can feel vulnerable. You’re welcome to book a free Cuppa Chat ☕ to connect and see if this feels like a good fit before committing.
No, it is not therapy. While I have a background in counseling, a Master of Divinity, and experience in mental health coaching, these sessions are not provided in a clinical or therapeutic capacity. My approach is rooted in coaching, meaning sessions are client-led and focused on clarity, growth, and forward movement. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you are seeking therapy or mental health care, I encourage you to work with a licensed professional.
Each session is different because it’s guided by you. We might explore a challenge, untangle a pattern, reflect on a decision, or reconnect with what feels true for you. I may incorporate coaching tools, mindfulness practices, or perspective shifts depending on what’s most supportive. It depends also if it is coaching, hypnosis, or energy work. Consider scheduling a Cuppa Chat and we can discuss what might work best for you?
Heck no. Soulutions isn’t about me giving you answers. It’s about helping you reconnect with what your soul already knows and supporting you in bringing that into your real, everyday life. This is a collaborative process. I am not one to mandate, direct or prescribe solutions (unless you're my child), but I will help you explore, reflect, and arrive at what feels right for you. I believe deeply in your self-autonomy and your ability to create meaningful change.
I currently offer flexible, session-based coaching. You’re welcome to book sessions as needed based on your goals and what feels supportive for you. I'm happy to talk about what feels best for you at this time and tweak as necessary.
That depends on your goals and you. Some clients come for a single session for clarity, while others choose to continue for deeper exploration and ongoing support. You always get to determine if this is the right fit for you.
Yes, I am an ordained interfaith minister with a dual master's degree in Divinity and Metaphysics. While spiritual perspectives may be gently woven into sessions when appropriate, this work is offered as coaching and personal development, not formal pastoral counseling.
I am a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), ordained interfaith minister, certified hypnotist, Reiki Master Teacher and licensed massage therapist in Connecticut (#4558). My work integrates evidence-based coaching with mindfulness, behavior change, and holistic approaches to well-being. You can also see more about me on my profile or schedule a cuppa chat and we can talk more about my qualifications.
Sometimes, yes but only in a way that feels aligned and comfortable for you. Everything is grounded, optional, and integrated thoughtfully into which ever services you choose. My work lives at the intersection of structure and intuition. I combine evidence-based coaching practices with a grounded, human approach that creates space for both clarity and deeper self-connection, without pressure, judgment, or one-size-fits-all solutions.
