As a health coach, I am to help my clients reach their health and wellness goals by leading them to implement incrimental and sustainable healthy habits, in any aspect of their lives, be it improving sleep, stress management, intellectual and creative development, nutrition or movement. This change isn't clinical work as done by a doctor, or influencer driven wellness trends, but rather an exploration of personal wellness visions and goals reached by tapping into self motivation and strenghts.
