Noticing what is present in each moment. Welcoming the mind to soften. And inviting this to be a space for self-care. Choosing a space where you feel safe and comfortable to breathe. Adding your own touches for the session - your favorite cozy blanket, a glass of water, lip balm, a journal, essential oils, soft lighting, eye mask, furry friends (or not), crystals, or items that are dear to your heart. Tuesday, February 24, 2026: What is the body asking for? - A space for expanding and integrating awareness. Breathing a little deeper into what is present, and perhaps softening the breath as it passes over the heart. Inviting grace and compassion for all that arises. Tuesday, March 3, 2026: What does self-care feel like? - Welcoming the breath to feel into what self-care feels like in this season of life. Perhaps the body is seeking something new, or something more or less. Allowing this session to honor each individual and connecting to the feeling(s) cultivated through self-care. Tuesday, March 10, 2026: Self-Compassion - Inviting grace and compassion into the mind and body through the breath. Opening space for possibility in each moment. Welcoming all that is to be experienced in this session of breathing into where self-compassion lives in the body.
